Shipping Policy

For Hyderabad ORDERS:

  • Orders must be placed at least one day in advance. The cutoff time for next day delivery is 12:00 midnight.
  • Deliveries within Hyderabad are scheduled between 11:00 am to 08:00 pm. While we strive to deliver within this timeframe every Saturday and Sunday, please note that actual delivery timings may vary. Customers can also choose to pick up the order in case time constraints apply.
  • In the event of unavoidable weather conditions or operational challenges, delays may occur. We will promptly communicate any such circumstances and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
  • Prepaid Orders once shipped cannot be refunded except for quality related concerns

PAN India delivery:

  • Orders for customers across India are shipped via registered domestic courier companies. Your order will be dispatched every Monday and delivered within 3 to 5 working days, depending on the destination and courier company norms.
  • No COD available
  • Orders must be placed within 2 days in advance. Prepaid orders once shipped cannot be shipped except for quality related concerns.
  • All deliveries will be made to the address provided during checkout.
